Synchrovia Therapy
Making Sense of What Doesn’t
Virtual Therapy for Adults Throughout Florida

Therapy with Synchrovia
Synchrovia Therapy provides virtual therapy for adults throughout Florida, offering an integrative approach to mental health, trauma, relationships, addiction recovery, identity, and life transitions. Synchrovia Therapy is grounded in the belief that human experiences are not random, but meaningful—even in suffering. The name reflects this philosophy: ‘Synchro’ derives from synchronicity, Carl Jung’s concept of meaningful connections and patterns that emerge beyond simple chance, while ‘via’ means ‘by way of’ or ‘path.’ Together, Synchrovia represents the meaningful unfolding of life—the events we experience, the patterns we discover, and the ways we create meaning from our journey.
Therapy is more than symptom reduction; it is an opportunity to understand what has shaped you, find meaning in your journey, and create a more intentional path forward. Monique Isabel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing virtual therapy for adults throughout Florida. Her work is holistic and integrative, specializing in trauma, relationships, addiction, identity, and life transitions. Drawing from Jungian psychology, existential philosophy, and evidence-based therapies, she creates a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where individuals from all backgrounds feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.
Therapy Services & Areas of Focus

Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy supports anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, codependency, attachment concerns, OCD, ADHD, neurodivergence, illness anxiety, phobias, loneliness, identity exploration, spiritual confusion, career uncertainty, and life transitions. It can also include relationship patterns and family-of-origin concerns.

Trauma Processing Therapy
Specialized trauma treatment using Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), a short-term, intensive approach for PTSD and C-PTSD, along with other integrative, trauma-informed methods. This work supports individuals impacted by distressing or life-altering experiences, including single-incident trauma and complex, repeated trauma across the lifespan.

Addiction/Recovery Support
Addiction and substance use support is individualized, holistic, and explicitly not one-size-fits-all. Treatment is flexible and meets the individual where they are, integrating abstinence-based approaches, maintenance approaches, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, the disease model of addiction, 12-step informed approaches, DBT skills for emotional regulation, and spiritual approaches when relevant. This service supports individuals struggling with substance use, as well as those seeking support for recovery maintenance.

Life Direction & Identity Exploration
Therapy for young adults and adults navigating identity development, uncertainty about direction, confusion about what they truly want, academic or career dissatisfaction, and major life decisions. This includes feeling misaligned with former roles or questioning who they are becoming. This work supports those who feel unsure about their future or disconnected from their values, sense of self, or previous roles, and who are seeking clarity about what comes next.

Dream Exploration/Analysis
Dream exploration for recurring dreams, nightmares, or emotionally significant dream content. Through exploring and interpreting dream imagery, themes, and narratives, this work supports deeper self-understanding, psychological integration, emotional relief, and a more connected relationship with the unconscious.
A Holistic Approach to Therapy
Struggles, symptoms, and life experiences are opportunities for deeper understanding—not signs of weakness.
Every experience is a part of a larger story waiting to be understood.
What appears as a struggle may be an invitation toward growth.
Symptoms often reveal what the deeper self is seeking to communicate.
Healing begins when we create space to understand ourselves more deeply.
