ABOUT THE PRACTICE

The Roots of Synchrovia

Synchrovia Therapy LLC is a psychotherapy practice grounded in the belief that human experiences are not random, but meaningful—even in suffering. The name reflects this philosophy: “Synchro” is derived from synchronicity, a concept introduced by Carl Jung describing meaningful connections and patterns that emerge beyond simple chance, while “via” means “by way of” or “path.” Together, Synchrovia represents the meaningful unfolding of life—the events we experience, the patterns we discover, and the ways we create meaning from our journey.

Therapy at Synchrovia is a space for understanding, growth, and reconnection. The goal is not simply to remove symptoms, but to explore what they may be communicating, understand the experiences that shaped us, and create a more intentional path forward. Through meaning-making and self-exploration, therapy supports individuals in developing a deeper relationship with themselves and their lives.

Monique Isabel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida offering virtual telehealth therapy for adults throughout the state. She is passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences, recognize patterns, and reconnect with the strength, resilience, and wisdom they already possess. Her work is grounded in a holistic, integrative approach with a focus on trauma, relationships, addiction, identity, life transitions, and meaning-making. With experience in community and outpatient mental health, trauma-focused care, substance use treatment, and crisis intervention, Monique creates a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and belief systems feel respected, understood, and free to be themselves. Drawing from Jungian psychology, existential thought, and evidence-based therapies, she helps clients better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.
