ABOUT THE PRACTICE
The Roots of Synchrovia
Synchrovia Therapy LLC is a psychotherapy practice grounded in the belief that human experiences are not random, but meaningful—even in suffering. The name reflects this philosophy: “Synchro” is derived from synchronicity, a concept introduced by Carl Jung describing meaningful connections and patterns that emerge beyond simple chance, while “via” means “by way of” or “path.” Together, Synchrovia represents the meaningful unfolding of life—the events we experience, the patterns we discover, and the ways we create meaning from our journey.
Therapy at Synchrovia is a space for understanding, growth, and reconnection. The goal is not simply to remove symptoms, but to explore what they may be communicating, understand the experiences that shaped us, and create a more intentional path forward. Through meaning-making and self-exploration, therapy supports individuals in developing a deeper relationship with themselves and their lives.

About the Clinician
Monique Isabel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida offering virtual telehealth therapy for adults throughout the state. Her work is grounded in a holistic, integrative approach with a focus on trauma, relationships, addiction, identity, life transitions, and meaning-making. With experience in community and outpatient mental health, trauma-focused care, substance use treatment, and crisis intervention, Monique creates a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and belief systems feel respected, understood, and free to be themselves. Clinical Philosophy & Theoretical Influences
My approach is holistic, integrative, and rooted in the belief that people are not defined by what happens to them, but by how they come to understand, relate to, and grow from their experiences. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I view therapy as a collaborative process of developing self-understanding, recognizing patterns, reclaiming personal agency, and creating meaningful change. My work draws from existential therapy, Jungian and psychoanalytic approaches, person-centered therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), while additional training in Jungian psychology and hypnotherapy informs my use of psychoeducation and Jungian-informed dream exploration when appropriate.
